Dr. Renee did a lousy job giving me a facelift. She cut corners that included using an abandon dr's office to do my surgeries. Ketamine is an animal tranquilizer. It was used on me part of the sx and nothing was used for most of it. No nurses. Not sterile and much more horror. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon...run to any other one!!

Do NOT go to this office. This office is staffed by completely incompetent personnel. I should have known by the difficulty I had scheduling an appointment to not waste my time. The doctor was recommended by my physician though so I was willing to give her a chance. As one of the previous reviewers mentioned, her office is in her home and her dogs are allowed to roam freely through the office. If you have allergies, stay away. The doctor seemed nice; however her disparaging remarks about acupunture and eastern medicine really bothered me. After my visit, the office claimed they sent my paperwork to my insurance company, however my insurance company never received it. It was after I called the doctor and insurance company repeatedly that the paperwork was sent over and authorization was obtained for surgery. This was 6 months ago. I have been trying to schedule surgery at this office for 6 months! That is unacceptable. At first it was in issue with their old receptionist. She wouldn't… call me back. Or there was the time she told me she had a date for me, I cleared off my schedule at work which is no easy feat only to have her call back 3 weeks later to tell me that the hospital double booked. My suspicion is that she never confirmed with the hospital. I spoke to the doctor recently who told me that they became aware of the problem with this receptionist and had let her go. She assured me that my surgery would be scheduled immediately. That was 2 months ago. The doctor may be a wonderful doctor, but I have no faith in this office to manage my surgery process or post-op care. I have since found a competent surgeon that saw me, obtained approval from my insurance and scheduled my surgery all within 3 weeks.

Under no circumstances would I use this office again and I am a physician, Though the stars above are not bad, they do not encompass the reasons which are a lack of integrity, practicing medicine as one would in the 1960s (this woman is about 80 despite the photo above, another deception. doesnt mean one hasnt kept although in this case it does). I went in for something simple but never went back for surgery as I simply didnt trust. The amount she charged the insurance was completely outrageous for what she did--but she used a code that no modern doc would ever use.Though i only had to pay a snall amt due to good insurance i did complain to them. The office is not like anything you've ever seen-bizarre really with no indication it is a doctor's office up front. i could go on but i wont. go elsewhere.

She has a good sense of balance and proportion and takes the time to do things right. She can remove years of the aging process without any signs of obvious surgery.
