Dr. Renee Marie Pietzsch, MD

Dr. Renee Pietsch, lacks professional and expertise in Sports Medicine. During, her initial assessment she states, a large patient present with foot & ankle problems. Yes, I have gained 20-30lbs due to an inability to conduct physical activity because of pain. I am aware of my size and aware that can effect the body and wellness, that is the reason for seeking care. A medical professional should exhibit tact when engaging patients. I have served in the military for over 20 years, running, jumping, and marching to orders. Thus, I am sure my body has experienced the pain of an active career. I am here for care in order to improve physical activity, overall health, and well-being. Furthermore, during her assessment she stated one of my legs were longer than the other as if I was dragging a club leg. Her specialty is foot & ankle, but she ordered a lumbar spine MRI sometimes problems can be related. I had an X-Ray of my lower back with me which showed a 2.3mm spinal shift on the… right side of my lower lumbar, which is equivalent to one-tenth of an inch (hairline discrepancy). She exaggerated an issue that was not an issue. She directed me to place a 1-inch cushion in my left she which contraindicated the guidance of my chiropractor. This would further throw off my issue based on guidance from my chiropractor, placing this elevation cushion on the left side. I will not be following-up or any further care with Dr. Pietszch for her bunk medicine, unprofessionalism, and lack of expertise. Find a physician with better manners and proper Sports Medicine training.

Nice Experience

I had been to 4 podiatrists in the area and no one could solve what was causing my foot pain, they just kept trying to sell me all of their products..but Dr. Pietzsch listened to me, ordered the right tests and treatment and now I am pain free and back to running marathons!! She and her staff are best!!!

Dr. Pietzsch is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She takes her time with you, reviews your problem and treatment options and is NEVER pushy. I was recommended to her by many friends and neighbors and am so happy she was taking new patients! I will ALWAYS recommend her and the doctors that work with her. SHE IS THE BEST!!!

I was a patient of Dr. Pietsch and after her last treatment, my toe started turning black. I called and told receptionist and she said I couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks. I again told her my toe was painful and was black — she still said 3 weeks. I called a friend who was a nurse and described it to her and she said I had to see a doctor. She recommended a doctor and even though I was NOT his patient, when I described what was going on to his receptionist said she would go talk to the doctor. He told me to come on over even though it was 4:00. He worked me in, did surgery and stayed until 6:30 before he would let me go home. Needless to say, he is my podiatrist now.
