My husband and I had an online appointment with her. Everything was going great and we really liked her. During the visit she said I would need to come in within so many days for testing. We wrote down the time and date right away while still on the call with her. But come to find out no appointment was actually made and when I messaged them it seems like the whole conversation went out the window. They didn't recall making us an appointment or why I was going on during that time (was on my cycle like I had told her). Plus it's very hard to get a hold of anyone when calling.
