Excellent office! The staff is all friendly and really work to make you comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Watts for about 10 years. I have had many numerous dental challenges that seemed to appear when I had breast cancer. She has been able to resolve all my issues quickly and with respect and kindness. She is one of the best doctors and person I have ever known. She also has a wonderful staff and Laurie is an outstanding front office girl. They all go above and beyond for each of their clients. They really care about each and every patient. Recently I was approved for government assistance for dental care and because of my finances I chose to get two fillings done there. Boy do I regret that decision. The dentist was rude and mad because I needed more numb medicine and he told me I should of already been out of there and he should be working on his next patient. From there it just got worse. It was one of the most painful experiences I have ever experienced. The past several days entire side of my face is swollen and I have intense pain way up above… the teeth he worked on all the way to my ear. I also had one of the two fillings come out and have a nice hole in my tooth. It has been a nightmare. I can't wait to get back to Dr Watts for her to fix this mess. I just wished that I did not have to learn all this the hard way. I have never ever left a dentist office with so much pain as this new dentist at Smile Keepers. I cannot wait to get back to Dt Watts office. She is so gentle, with small hands and a sweet kind voice. If you are looking for a new dentist, you can stop looking because you have just found the best dentist in the Eugene area.
