When I moved to Upland 21 years ago I went to Dr. Ramos and she is great and have been our family pediatrician with our 4 kids and now my 3 grandkids. I recommend her she is great!!

We have been going to Dr Ramos for over 14 years. Her and her staff are great. They get my children in right away if needed and she is willing to listen if I have questions or opinions.

she was very nice and caring. she took the time to sit and listen to every question and concern i had. she was very very polite with my children. it was a great experiance for my kids. they love going to see dr ramos!!!

She came in to my 8 month old's appointment very angry and was very rude.When she sees my older children she asks them questions and then acts as if she doesn't have time to listen to their answers.

This Doctor is sloppy she mishandles her vaccines, She leaves them out of the storage fridge where there not supposed to be, she charged parents for vaccines when they were giving to her free by the county. This doctor gives vaccines and what is left on the vile is supposed to be disposed but she collects them to use on ppo patients so she wont have to buy any.
