I have been coming here a couple of years. I like Dr Das but I do not like the way her office is run especially during COVID I have been in quarantine for over 7 months and did not know about phone visits. So now the office will not refill a prescription that I really need. I have to see Dr. She said first appointment till Nov 23 and I told her I would not make till then. This a medicine that is crucial to my Condition and then she said I won’t do anything for you. So if I have a breakdown it will be her fault. Needless to say I will never return there ever. I am going to post this wherever I can

Dr Das thinks she knows more than the family the family has to live with the mental health family member 24 7 365 days a year we are supposed to let the doctor know what sighns of unnormal behavior we see so we can relay it to the doctor when the doctor refuses to listen to the family and listen to the patient who is having the mental issues the doctor should be working with the family as a team to help the patient her problem is she thinks she knows more than the family member
