Dr. Renuka Vigay Basavaraju, MD

I read the reviews on Dr. Basavaraju and met with her by tele-visit. She did not greet me professionally with kindness or interest. It seemed like the appointment was a burden or inconvenience. She was incredulous of everything I told her of my allergy and testing history. She said it changes every five years but I had just been blood tested. I had eustachian tube malfunction since chemotherapy and my sinuses were blowing up in my head every day of the week. I was met with no expression. She said she does full allergy back testing which as I remembers hurts pretty good when you are young. I don't think I need a doctor who acts so visually apathetic to my needs as a patient. Her picture shows her beaming with a smile. No concern. No encouragement. No smile no nothing. Sorry I'm too old for this kind treatment. Reminds me of Parkland.

Dr. B, as her staff calls her, is a very intelligent and compassionate doctor. She's a good listener and makes certain she addresses your concerns. She specializes in Allergy & Immunology medicine. I've failed with allergy shots, several times. She was the first to suggest allergy drops. They're working out perfectly for me.

Dr. B has been very professional as has her staff. She is very caring and thorough and seems to have my best care foremost in her thinking and action.

I wanted a second opinion , instead the Dr. Pulled the labs and blood work from the the doctors who gave me the first opinion. I wanted her to do her own lab and blood work . I wasted my day going to her. I have a follow up appointment. But not sure if I will return for it .

Dr. Basavaraju and her staff offer excellent care with genuine caring and kindness. They are prompt, efficient, and provide wonderful follow-up. Highly recommended.

Dr. B. is intelligent. Knows her stuff. Has a staff that never returns calls or seldom returns calls. She needs more front staff. The answering system is horrible. 15-17 mins. to wait on line. She's a very worthwhile dr. with little staff participation. Otherwise, right on the money.

After suffering for 4 month and hardly being able to walk after diagnose and treatment i came out of her office Dancing

I started seeing Dr. B as my Internist and loved her, she was/is the only doc who believed in me and really tried to figure out what why I am having so many problems.I can't say enough good things about her.... Dr B. is smart, caring willing to figure out the why and whats. I now live in Oklahoma but would drive almost 4hrs to see again.

Great mannerism and very good at listening to patient. She was excellent at explaining everything!
