AMAZING STAFF and the BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!

I just switched dentist and am now seeing Dr. Jacob on 49th and Madison. She's awesome I really am very sensitive but she was patient and reassured all would be fine. (some dentists tend to get frustrated with sensitive patients making the experience not a smooth one at all) She has very light hands which is also why I decided to bring my daughter in as well as she too is very sensitive. OMG!! I was sooo surprised at how well she handled my overly sensitive daughter not to mention it would not have been possible without Dr. Jacob's assistant Yenisell. They really work great together. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob for your family and like I said her assistant Yenisell who is usually always there with her is great as well, especially with kids. I give them both a 10 all the way! :0)

Dr. Reshma Jacob has provided me an excellent service. I have had a lot of problems with my teeth and she has been fantastic in explaining what needs to be done and how she will do it. She made a treatment plan and has helped eliminate all of the pain in my teeth. She is thorough but also very gentle. She works with great care and is always ensures you are comfortable. I am so happy to be treated by by her as i feel she cures the problem and doesn't just prevent things from getting worse. She analyses your scans very carefully to provide you accurate treatment. I do not hesitate to come to her for any procedure and would highly recommend her.

I was on vacation here in NYC when I cracked my tooth . I found Dr Jacob's office when I searched for emergency dental services. Long story short .. I needed a crown and I got it done the same day without having to come back! She also fixed 2 other cavities which was shown to me with the intra oral camera ..That was cool. Dr Jacob & staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Thank you.
