Dr. Reshma M Khan, MD

She refuses to treat you if you do to leave a credit card on file. I am fully covered by Medicare and a supplement, yet she still refused to see me because I did not want to leave a card on file. Her comment led me to suspect she may be opting out of Medicare. New systems are not yet functioning; forms that are requested on line do not make their way to the office. Yet, they want to hold my CC info. No thanks.

Dr Khan was very thorough with her evaluation and treatment plan. She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Office staff is also great. Very satisfied with the care.

Dr. Khan and her staff are amazing. I originally meet her where she was working at another practice. I had issues with my knee that I had seen another Dr. an Ortho. who told me to lose weight and change my lifestyle that there was nothing wrong with me. I continued to feel that there was more involved, possibly psoriatic arthritis. Dr. Khan took one look at my hands and ankles and confirmed that indeed it was PsA. She explained the different treatments pros and cons, and we decided on one. I was to see improvement within 12 weeks. I gave it a try but it wasn't the right med for me. Again we spoke about different drugs, and decided on another one. At first my insurance oked it, then 3 + weeks later denied it. I was in more and more pain. I called this morning a little after 9am, and they had me in the office by 10:20. Her staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring. I did get a cortisone shot for my hip, and several prescriptions to help with the pain until they can figure… out why my insurance co. screwed up so badly. Dr. Khan and everyone in her office all said, Call if I am in any pain. and not to stress about the insurance that they would work it out. I am so very grateful to have found Dr. Khan and her staff. So many times I have found a Dr. I really like, but can't stand the staff; or love the staff but really can't stand the doctor. It's wonderful to find a practice that the staff and doctor are both great.

When I first went to see Dr. Khan I was in constant pain. I used a cane to walk and it was impossible for me to go up or down any stairs. My hands and feet are disfigured from the damage of arthritis. I had been to see several doctors but none of them were able to give me a correct diagnosis. On my first visit with Dr. Khan she was able to give me a correct diagnosis. Within a matter of weeks I was no longer depended on a cane to walk and the pain was finally gone. I can now go up and down several flights of stairs and I can even sit on the floor again. Dr. Khan has given me my mobility back. I will be her patient for as long as she continues to practice.

I was able to see Dr Khan right before she left the practice to start her own. The doctor and the office staff was nice enough to tell me in advance that about this and gave me an option to see her or continue with the practice. Dr. Khan was really nice and thorough. I felt very comfortable with her and I will continue to follow her in her new practice in Jupiter. Overall very nice experience.

This struggling establishment needs to be SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY! Approximately 3 months ago I had my first visit with DR. Khan in the loxahatchee office and from the very start before even stepping foot into this office I could just tell it would be a problematic experience. Due to my pain and immediate need for medical attention I entertained this and no one should have to experience or be taken advantage of the way I was. During the first call to make an appointment the person booking appointments scheduled me immediately because of the insurance I had and not because of my patient care. I get to the office within minutes and spent approximately 45 mins max including waiting in a waiting area to even be seen this DR. Khan saw me for 5 mins and proscribed me a series of bad medication and took weeks to correct it with out ever returning my calls, when finally speaking with Colleen “office Manager” she was even more unprofessional and RUDE offers me another appointment in the Jupiter… office where again lack of patient care/quality was definitely not up to any ones par much less state standards. Once I get into the patient exam room the first thing I saw was a bloody instrument table paper submerged in blood and tools the medical assistant all she could say “wow no one cleaned this “ like it was a normal occurrence in this office the DR comes in spends 5 mins again talking with me made mention of getting all my calls but never had the decency to return any of them offers a new prescription and did not even have the samples to have someone try considering they cost $1,200.00 and of course I get a call from the pharmacy the prescription was called in incorrectly not surprising there and of course another few weeks before to even get a response over 15 calls in a day to a medical office and no one to even answer a phone ? I have phone records to prove it to. So imagine suffering from a painful medical condition no treatment and all at my expense. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE my last and final appointment with DR. Khan was scheduled this past week by “office manager” and with out even respect this DR according to the office just up and quit the practice and with no notice according to the manager ? She did offer me a phone number for this DR but was unsure if it was even in service ? This is just my experience with the DR the office staff in both locations loxahatchee and Jupiter are even worse so many times asking for normal request DRs notes, contact information ect you name it they can’t seem to do it. One of my last request before walking out of this establishment was requesting my medical records to provide to a new provider the office manager printed them and before handing them to me almost gave me other patients confidential records ! I can just imagine what they did to mine on any other given day? When I contacted the office manager in the loxahatchee office to let her know about my experience in the Jupiter office Colleen said “all she ever did was to help me when I had problems” problems I should not have to experience and that “ She’s not speaking to me any more” hung up the phone and disconnected her line! Applause to her if it’s not for patients like me this office would not be in business they take advantage of patients based on insurance and schedule unnecessary test and exams and require months of visits for no apparent reason. I recently got a bill from this office stating I also owe for 2 long visits which according to them last 2-3 hours in the first 2 visits and if I know how to tell time each of my visits where under an hour mind you half of my time I spent in a waiting room! BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER THEY ALL NEED BASIC MEDICAL TRAINING IN PATIENTS BASIC CARE AND KNOWLEDGE IN PATIENTS Confidentiality ! This truly has been a traumatic experience to say the least and what’s worse DR. khan left this practice with no notice to open her own office ! Definitely not a smart decision for the sake of the public !

You can't ask for a better, more compassionate and learned doctor. I would recommend Dr Kahn to anyone!

She is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time to explain everything. I highly recommend her.
