Shah is okay as long as you have no medical training and no opinions about your own health care. She should be a pediatrician since she treats her adult patients as if they are kids. I've never been so poorly treated as a patient. Staff are horrible. Constantly disconnected and dont return phone calls. Hard to get an appointment. Cant get any answers on anything.

Have seen Dr. Shah over 15 years. Knowledgeable and personable. Up to date on vaccines and makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Shah was extremely knowledgeable on Hashimotos. She was able to address my concerns, talk into details about medicine and explain some of my symptoms. She explained next steps and came up with an action plan. The apt was not rushed and I was able to ask questions. I love the fact that they don't make you go to an apt to read your results (I find that to be a waste of money specially if your results are fine). The patient portal with wellstar is a great way to communicate with your doctor.

I had symptoms of low cortisol and i had been to the er because the symptoms were so severe. I went to see doctor shah and she explained my condition and rushed a blood test for the next day. She was friendly, spent lots of time talking to me and she seemed very dedicated to my health. Just this Saturday i had a problem and called the office, she called back immediately and called in a prescription. She has gone above and beyond to help me on the road to recovery. I could not have asked for a better doctor.
