very difficult to get hold of if I have any questions or need anything. also making appointments to meet our needs is a pain

One would think that with 50 years of medical experience, a new patient would be glad to have someone with this institutional knowledge. This was not the case in our visit. We had seen a geneticists two years ago when our son was confirmed by a test with a particular syndrome. Unfortunately this doctor was not even close to the caliber of geneticists as our other. He had no bedside manners, questioned why we were even seeing him, had not reviewed the medical records from the previous geneticist (and felt he discredited that geneticists because he didn't know them) & gave nothing new that we had not known prior to this appointment. Don't waste your time & find a doctor who is not behind the times in his field!
