Dr. Reuben Yoo, MD

Dr Yoo was very dismissive and did not listen. I will try looking for another ophthalmologist that has the time for me.

I want to thank Dr Yoo for a lot of things. Firstly, for choosing him as my Eye doctor. My cataract operation for both eye have been perfectly done. Thank God my eye sight had been back to normal. No issues/or problems ever encounter during the operation. I am recommending him to my Family,Relatives & Friends. He is an Excellent Health Care Provider. I have so much trust & belief on his capabilities. Thank you so much Dr Yoo & his able Staff.

I called this office to make an appointment. The receptionist was extremely unkind and stubborn. I can't tell my Birth day in public since it's my personal information, but she insists that I have to tell her on the phone while my office workers are all hearing my conversation. She also told me that she can't make an appointment without date of birth. When I said that I can give her all the information when I am actually in the office, but she refused. What kind of Dr office asks making BOD as a requirement to get an appointment? next question would be then social security number? They should train better this stupid rep so that she understands that BOD could be a sensitive information to give out for some patient. I bet this office doesn't care about patient's privacy or personal information.

I had a great experience with Dr. Yoo. The surgery went great and will have another soon.

Rude, slow and incompetent. Best to avoid!

He is a very kind Man. he is VERY knowledgable and I feel very confident with his abilities. I recomend him to EVERYONE I know.

Great bedside manner...friendly as well
