Horrible experience. Rarely saw him, only his Physicians Assistant, in spite of the fact that I have severe and life threatening heart problems. Left a message for him to call me several times, but he never called. When I finally saw him, I asked why I couldn’t see him and why he never called, he said he was too busy doing surgeries. When I thanked him politely, and told him I was leaving because it wasn’t working for me, and asked for my records, he wrote a cover letter to the records with many lies such as I’ve been asked to leave as a patient by previous cardiologist, and that he also asked me to leave. What a dope.

Dr. Mulingtapang is the best and most proficient physician in his field in the Tampa area, he knows what to do in critical situations! Love this guy!

I normally do not rate doctors, but my experience with Dr. Mulingtapang and the staff was exceptional. They are very professional, but also warm and friendly. They care about their patients and try to make your visit as pleasant as possible. They were very prompt and thorough. They are free with their smiles and try to put you at ease. They even brought me a cup of coffee after the stress test! Now that's service. Dr. Mulingtapang is a cut above the rest!

The best dr. for interventional cardiology in the Tampa area! Compassionate and knowledgeable! He is available to me on a moments notice! His PA assistant Ann is the best I am very lucky to have them as my doctors!

Installed a pacemaker. Very prompt for the procedure and followed up with me a couple of hours after the surgery and answered all of our questions. I have a follow up appointment tomorrow.

He is a very special Dr. In every way! I would recommend him to my best friend! I am lucky to have him as my dr.!
