Dr. Reynaldo Tyrone Reese

I had an extraction done by Dr. Reese, with no pain or problems at all not even afterward. When the nurse called the following day to check on me I was out and about. Excellent service. D. C.

My son and daughter have seen Dr. Reese to have oral surgery. Both times, he was very nice, and even gave my autistic daughter a pint of ice cream when leaving! Staff was very informative and professional. We will definitely use him again.

WARNING!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE......I want to cry again after the terrible experience I had with Mr. Reese on Yesterday. I was referred to him with high recommendation from my general dentist to have two wisdom teeth removed. I waited over a month for my appointment and was confident everything would be fine after my consultation (which you pay for). Once I was called in for my appointment I was given anesthesia by Mr. Reese rather quickly and told my procedure would start soon. After 15 minutes Mr. Reese returns and pulls out the utensils and simply says your going to feel pressure. I know this is common as I had two wisdom teeth pulled in the past by another physician. When the procedure started, What I felt was far from pressure. I felt PAIN! I raised my hand as a sign of distress and he threw his utensils down and said “nah you gonna go to sleep”.... At that point he walked out and I asked the nurse what was going on. She said I had to reschedule to be put to sleep and have my teeth… removed. WHAT??? I asked her to have the doctor come back in and explain why he walked out on a procedure I have been waiting for for over a month and to see why he simply couldn’t give me additional pain anestishia in the area I felt pain. She went to find him and HE STARTED ON ANOTHER PATIENT! He refused to come back and speak with me. I had to get up and text my fiancé to come get me. My fiancé came and I started crying due to the lack of professionalism and he asked for the doctor to come out and speak with us and he refused!! We waited a few minutes and eventually left. RUN DONT WALK!! This man is a completely unprofessional scumbag. I will drive two hours before I ever give this establishment my money again. By the way, I am still waiting on my refund.

No attention to patient comfort. Did not explain what was next inI the procedure to allow for patient preparedness.. Felt my procedure was rushed and did not allow time for questions. Dental assistant kept talking about her private matters and was not focused on the procedure. Would definitely not recommend this doctor.

Waited over an hour after scheduled time for consult. Day of procedure, spent one hour in the chair waiting for him to finish with previous patient in the next room who was screaming and moaning. Door to my room was left open so I could hear this. Very disturbing to me. Will NEVER use him again.
