Waited 90 minutes to see the doctor of the month as this practice has ALOT of doctor turnover. You never get an appointment with Dr G as he is never available. Unprofessional attitude when they explained I got lost in the shuffle as I had to wait 90 minutes to be seen. Saw people come and go in the waiting room and never had someone come to me regarding my wait. I will be seeking another practice.

These people WILL NOT call your insurance to authorized your medications for you. I have been calling and calling if they have called the insurance company. The front desk people will " I will let the doctor know". The same answer the next time I call, and so on....If you don't keep calling them, YOU WILL NOT get your medication. Time for a new doctor and better service.

My family have been patients of Dr. G for many years - even before he got his own practice. We have been very pleased with his service and the only negative comment I have is sometimes the wait to see his is long; however, he is always apologetic and gives you the time that you deserve.

I've gone to doctor Dr. Reza for a few years and he is by far one of the best doctors I've ever been to. Sadly I wouldn't recommend him to anyone due to his staff. When I first went there I thought he was amazing. He's caring, spends a good amount of time with you and generally is really nice guy. I did send family and friends his way but they all ended up having experiences as terrible as mine. His staff are just mean, nasty people. They say bad things about their patients in earshot of other patients. They frequently get calls from people yelling at them for not handling their basic responsibilities. Anything that has to go through them, such as medecine refills, referrals, questions for the doctor, etc., just don't get done. And if they do, it's really late, after much effort on your part, and a lot of attitude from them. Beckey, a girl at the front desk, is so rude that I can't imagine why she still has a job. She spends her time eating snacks, making snide comments, and generally… not doing her job. I've actually driven 45 minutes to get to my appointment just to find out that the doctor left early and no one even bothered to call. And then there's the nurse practitioner, Ghia: if you want someone to not pay attention, not look over your medical records, and hand you whatever pills you ask for, she is your girl. I spent 5x as long with the nurse getting the list of medecation I'm on and my reason for visit, just to have Ghia come in, not look over it at all, look shocked when I told her what was wrong with me and then tell me I should be on medecine I'm already taking. And then proceed to complain about how our 3 minute appointment was cutting into her lunch break. Next time I saw her, I did my own research on what medecine i needed to be on, told her I had previously been on it and needed a refill. She didn't check, of course, and I walked out of there with prescriptions for two controlled substances. It's actually pretty concerning how easy it was. I needed them, but anyone who wanted to abuse them could easily do the same thing. I then found a new doctors office. Dr. Reza, if you're reading this PLEASE do something about your staff. You're really great and they're really bringing down the quality of care you provide.

I have been with Dr. G for 10 years and now travel over an hour away to see him since moving to another area. He is wonderful!

Excellent doctor that is friendly, thorough and follows up with my wife and myself. Appointments are easy to make.

Dr. Golesorkhi is the best doctor in the area! His staff are horrid and need to be replaced; I keep going since he is caring and always goes above and beyond.

I wouldn't change this doctor for any other one. He's knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and very charitable with those who need be.

I have been with Dr. G before he had his own practice. He is great. I do not think I know a more caring physician. He never passes over anything, he works hard to diagnosis and treat his patients. His staff is great, with the exception of his office manager. I can not say anything nice so I will not say anything at all.
