Dr Saqer has no concerns at all for his patients only time he ever saw my special needs daughter was every 1 to 3 months when she was having back injections and then make her wait for hours after for her prescription after waiting hours for her procedure

My interaction with this doctor was a nightmare. His physician assistant was the only one willing to help us. I went from walking fine and then two days later I could not feel my lower body. Before I lost all feeling in my legs, I went to his office. My daughter begged Dr. Saqer to do something about my condition, he finally agreed to request a CT scan at a facility over 1 1/2 hours from my home. I did not make it to the test because I was rushed to the hospital because I could no longer feel or move my legs. In the end, it was found that my spine had been chemically severed due to the medicine that was compounded by the pharmacy associated with his practice. My daughter called his office the morning after I was taken to the hospital to let them know that I was in the emergency room. She was contacted three times by another physician assistant in Dr. Saqer's office, who demanded that she check me out of the hospital and bring me to his office immediately. Of course, she… made the decision to stay in the ER and I spent 6 weeks in the hospital. I am now confined to a wheel chair and have no feeling below my chest. Be very careful with this Dr. and his practice!!!

I love Dr Saqer the waiting is horrible but I love his staff plus they know me by name all in all I would not want to change doctors I do get angry alot but I do like it !!!!!

Dr. was great. Even though my appointment was for 2pm, I did not see the Dr until 5:45pm. It was just over booked. Dr Sager said it took so long because this was my 1st visit. I will be going back and hopefully I will not be there that long. The office was dirty and the patients were kinda seedy. But I really did like the Dr. So, 1 more chance.

I don't understand how people can say anything negative about this Dr and his staff. Yes I have had an issue with one assistant but it is a personality issue not a competency issue. His staff is very caring and very flexible with me. I'm not injuries I'm ill. He is very knowledgeable about all my conditions even more so than the doctors that are suppose to have the answer. One of his assistant in particular has stole my heart with his caring and sympathetic personality. Bedside manor is wonderful. I will be going to the other office starting next month but I would like for the cypress staff to know that you guys rock and from the front desk to the back. From beginning to end. If anyone thinks these people only do it for the money they are wrong. Pain management doctors have it much harder than other doctors. The guidelines they must follow now are very very strict. It is not easy being in his area of expertise in this day in age. He recognizes junkies and will not have those people… tarnish his reputation. He gets people off of pills the best he can, but his main goal is to give your life back.

I was referred to Dr. Saqer by a new friend who sees him and my back surgeon. Having seen this doctor and staff for several months I tell people it is worth the wait to be seen by this doctor and staff. His people have always been kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable even when I was a bit testy or slow comprehending what I was being told because of the horrible pain I was having. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Saqer to friends and people I meet. The procedures he has given me have worked very well. They cannot stop all the pain, but I can walk now without having to grab my leg and cry out in pain. I am thankful to have a doctor who knows how to help me and I will wait all day to see him if that's what it takes. Someone is always there for me when I need them.

I've been seeing Dr. Saqer now for several years. Like all doctors he is no perfect but I must say he has "been there" for me whenever I've needed him. When I first met him he spent a min. Of 45 mins w me getting to know me and understanding my pain. Since I've Been seen mostly by his PA's BUT if I needed Dr. Saqer I have always felt like he was available. I have also had several epidural's done in both my neck and lumbar spine that have been most helpful with my pain. Unfortunately the scar tissue is so bad I am unable to have epidural's any more and I'm grateful that Dr. Saqer realizes this and doesn't continue to try to give me shots. I'm not sure where others come off with his office staff being bad. I'm not saying that someone may have not had a bad day but all in all they are kind and easy to work with. I'd recommend Dr. Saqer. Sometimes being in constant pain can make you a whiny cry baby.

Dr. Saquer is very caring doctor with superb surgical technique he would do much better if he had different office staff very judgemental and indifferent to the patients. He is ruining his own reputation due to the way his office staff does not treat patients from not returning phonecalls to ignoring patient complaints to demeaning patients as to bunch of drug heads instead of realizing patients are truly suffering and literally putting their life in their hands. I have personally had many surgical procedures by him and he is a+.
