Dr. Rhea Janine Allen, MD

I have dealt with her on 2 levels. One is when she was working as an ER physician which was a misdiagnosis and mishandling of the situation. Without even touching me, without doing any tests, with total disregard for me personal feelings, she announced to me in the ER that I had cancer. She then told me I needed to get a CT scan so treatment for my cancer could begin. I left the ER AMA, and sought out medical assist via Genesis and then referred to the U of I. Results confirmed I did not have cancer. I was put meds and am doing well to this day. This happened in Nov. 2017. To make a diagnosis like she did, is criminal. I have talked with people who have had her as a physician for a work injury. Each person said, she did not even touch them, she would not listen to the PT, she always worked on the total side of the employer. Also, she misdiagnosed them as well, each person.
