Dr. Rhena Marializa Ruiz Novero, MD

I have been trying to get a callback from Dr Ruiz for over a week. I am sick with Covid and have been for over nine days now and not getting better . The message says they will call me back in four hours. I have called twice a day for a week with NO return phone call. This is inexcusable for a regular patient who is so sick not to receive a call back . I will definitely be switching doctors to someone who actually cares

She is a very caring doctor. she wants to find a cure for whatever problem you have.

Dr. Ruiz-Novero is a very compassionate, understanding and thouugh doctor I have have ever had the honor to be cared for, medically. She does not brush over your concerns, instead takes interest in finding a solution and making you fully understand the situation. She contiually works dilligently to insure medications are not overdone or interact with each other.

Could not ask for a better person.

She takes time to hear you and ask questions to find what your problem is.... Time with a Doctor is important. She has left Phy. Regional, Pine Ridge and I want to know where she went.
