Dr. Rhonda Lynn Allen

Dr. Rhonda Allen when I visited her would not take me seriously because in her “professional” opinion one must fit a certain “profile” to have a mental illness. Trust her at your own risk. She is not someone I would ever consider returning to. Under any circumstances.

My only regret is that I can’t give her negative stars! Her negligence almost cost me my life! I’m writing on here because she could do this to somebody else! If she’s listed as a choice for a doctor, RUN!

Dr. Allen is the worst "physician" and I use the term loosely I ever had the displeasure of coming across. I am a patient who suffers from PTSD who happens to be a doctor myself.

She is the worst. Horible

I would never recommend Dr. Ronda Allen. If you are looking for help with substance abuse, look elsewhere. She is very good at writing a prescription however, that is about it. She does not interact, as in, how are you doing? Any issues? Nada.........You will walk away with the feeling you have troubled her, as you pay her your 150 dollars for her to write a prescription. As far as her being courteous, she isn't. She is not prompt, and there will be stress when making an appointment with her, as she only communicates through text messaging and you may or may not hear from her to even get an appointment. If you don't care about getting healed, and you are looking just for a prescription, she's the one for you. But, don't expect anything else.

After many years experience dealing with psychiatric professionals, Dr. Allen is the most unprofessional, least knowledgeable, most scatter brained, so called Dr. I've ever had the displeasure to meet. I am, thankfully, not a patient, but another healthcare provider who was, in fact, scared by her lack of ethics, lack of record keeping, failure to maintain appointments she schedules with patients, and the way she would discontinue treatment of patients with no weaning after years of prescribing addictive substances. (Suboxone ) In fact, her practice is Nothing more than a cattle call of in and out suboxone refills with no patient in her office any longer than it takes for her to write a quick prescription and collect a quick 150.00. That is if she decides to show up for the appointments that she schedules, if she doesn't, then her new crop of designer drug addicts just has to suffer until she can reschedule them.

For someone with such a background, I'm surprised to see the care she gave my pregnant daughter. I've talked to two hospitals in Baltimore which have told me that a rapid detox of a 3rd trimester pregnancy isn't safe, yet she sent my daughter home to do this.
