Had me wait 45 mins just to tell me that the could not see me because they were having a staff meeting. No I’m sorry, sent the little young Unprofessional girl to tell me. They were not having a staff meeting, they were having a baby shower. Beware!!!!!! Unprofessional. Tacky office they moved too. Def going downhill.

I’m Aug 2018 Can never get anyone on the phone!!! They never return prescription refill calls. In I literally had a very aggressive, almost physical fight, with the nurse practitioner!!! She had horrible demeanor towards me upon entering the room, first she had no clue what TYPE of visit it was & when I told her I’m ALLERGIC to the BP medication she was prescribing & told me to loose weight then! I was literally crying & she tried to fight me as I was explaining to another staff member why I wasn’t returning..... Dr Barnes and her sister personally called to rectify the situation however a staff member tried to fight me!!! I tried giving dr Barnes the benefit of the doubt and tried returning however getting an appointment or someone on the phone or a prescription refill is a nightmare and I think the nurse practitioner is still there( I hope it’s anotner one) .. I just can’t but I tried... I’m utterly disappointed

She doesn't return calls, is only in it for the money. Lab results are only discussed whether they are normal or abnormal on a return appointment. I never see a Doctor this bad. Her staff is unprofessional, uncaring and very insensitive. YOU WILL TAKE A CHANCE BY GOING THERE

First of all the wait time is totally not right. Let me say it again it is totally not right. I had to wait over 2hrs after arriving before my appointed time. If you call them after 3pm you will not get a person to answer the phone....That is crazy. They are short on staff which indicates that someone has dropped the ball on customer service. I have read this in other reviews as well. Going to have to go some where else. You have to staff your business to accommodate your business for your customers. Arrive at 9 on time and not seen until 10:30. Not working for me

Dr. Jordan is a wonderful doctor, however her staff's customer service etiquette is atrocious. The check in process is of poor quality and was unpleasant.

This doctor is the slowest ever I had an appointment at 9:15 and I wasn't seen by the doctor until close to 12. It makes no sense how slow she is. Then she was only in the room with me for 10-15 minutes. I felt like it was a waste of my time. She needs to not run her mouth with her employees and work on her patients because it makes no sense at all. I should've been able to charge her for wasting my time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!

SHE IS AMAZING. ALWAYS HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE AND LISTENS. I DRIVE 30+ MILES JUST TO VISIT HER OFFICE FRO APPOINTMENTS. I RECOMMEND DR. JORDAN TO ANY AND EVERYONE!
