I have never been late to an appointment until today when i was 10 minutes late. I had called and told them I was running late and apologised. When I got there I signed in and waited to be checked in - after 20 minutes I was called up and told that I was over 15 minutes late and would have to reschedule. I explained that i had signed in 20 minutes agao and they had the sign in sheet - I was informed that they were short staffed and that they could not do everything at once. I would have to reschedule. Again I explained that I was waiting 20 minutes to check in and that i had never waited less than 30 minutes to be seen and the last time I was there I had to wait over an hour. Again I was told to reschedule as I was over 15 minutes late and that there were only 2 people working so they were short staffed. I am still not sure why that is an issue as I did not make them short staffed. I will not be returning to this practice.
