I chose this specialty because early in my nursing career, I worked in the OB/GYN office setting. I have enjoyed working with women over the course of their lifetime care needs. Lifelong relationships can be developed with patients and their families, and it is very rewarding to watch patients flourish and continue to enjoy good health. I chose to practice at Riverview Health because high-quality care, patient satisfaction and teamwork among my colleagues are very important to me.

I am an experienced nurse, having worked in many different settings over the past 25 years. This diverse and extensive experience has provided me with the ability to connect with and care for my patients. I am empathetic, I have excellent communication and time management skills, and I very much enjoy providing care to my patients.
