Dr. Rhonda Lynn Peterson, MD

Anytime I see Dr. Peterson. She always listens to me and is very attentive to my needs. I am satisfied with the service that I get even when I see the PA. I do have issues sometimes with the changes they may constantly with the receptionist and people getting back to me, but when I contact my doctor through my chart, she always responds.

Dr Peterson has always been helpful and able to care for whatever I needed. Shes was wonderful to ud both when my husband was ill and subsequently passed away.

My wife has been going here for years. Most of the time when she has an appointment she actually never sees the doctor, it is always a PA or nurse instead. When she calls for appointments it is like pulling teeth to get one within a week or more. Any time I have ever had a full physical at my doctors office they do everything; BP, EKG, blood work, etc. When my wife goes for a physical she would be lucky have anyone spend more than fifteen or twenty minutes with her for a physical, and she is lucky to have her BP and heartbeat checked with a stethoscope. This office also cancels more appointments for my wife than they keep. Every time my wife calls they never seem to know who she is even after giving birthdates and name. Communication within the office is poor at best. My wife calls, provides them with details of an issue. If and when they call back she has to repeat herself over again, like the original person she spoke with had never had a conversation with her. I could go on and on… but this should provide sufficient information for those seeking a good physician. If a doctors office doesn't have the time for their patients, especially those that have been a patient for many years, then the office should be making changes to provide better services.
