Dr. Rhonda Sue Todd, MD

If you want to interact with a computer, Dr Todd is the doctor for you. During appointments she sits with her laptop reviewing your file, she does no physical examination whatsoever (even for an annual physical), she doesn’t listen, and she doesn’t even look at you. She is absorbed in her computer screen. No diagnostic skills whatsoever. Terrible doctor with no people skills.

Dr. Todd has a great deal of medical knowledge coupled with excellent patient care skills. She's truly a rare gem and I feel lucky that she's my doctor. She's never rushed through anything and always takes time to ensure that the patient understands everything that is going on and all treatment options. I never write reviews but she's just that good.

Easy going doctor in the sense that you get what you came in for, she listens to your requests and asks questions to better understand your needs, etc. Also she is just friendly and makes me feel comfortable, as do her assistant(s).

Rhonda Todd needs. 1) To be a empathetic and caring towards patients. 2) To be available and approachable for patients when they need her. Also professionally, Rhonda Todd was not able to get to the root cause of my wife's severe health conditions. She kept on refusing to do certain tests my wife suggested. I had no choice but to pay ~6000$ for a holistic care and fortunately they were able to get to the root cause! Her medical assistant Tammy needs to learn to attend phone calls. If busy, then she should learn to respond to voicemails regarding health concerns of patients in timely manner.

Dr. Todd is always very accommodating and knowledgeable and will allow time in your appointment schedule to actually discuss your situation. She has been my primary care doctor for almost eight years. I am sorry to see her leave. Dr. Todd is very concerned about you as the patient and will make every effort to explain the situation and treatment plan and options during your visit. Dr. Todd has made room in her schedule to see me for sickness and responds well through their patient portal. Thumbs up to Dr. Rhonda Todd.

Dr Todd is a very good doctor.. she listens ,gives you extra info ,is very kind and caring. I am so very sorry she is leaving Easley Internal Med.

DR Todd is very professional ,doesn't miss a thing very knowledgeable,and not afraid to try new things or to referral you to a specialist,she listens to you and explains treatments and diagnosis ,and very patient, I would recommend her to any one that is sick or a chronic illness she is great!!!!!

Dr. Todd has helped me more than any other doctor with my diabetes. She is very patient, always listens, and answers questions thoroughly. She has gone out of her way with the insurance company to make sure I have the correct medications. She is an excellent doctor.

My experience with Dr. Todd has been a horrible ordeal to say the least. She had passed my private information or should I say someone else info to another doctors of mine who I love!. Not only was this information wrong she did not even discuss this with me. Furthermore , she has sent me certified letter on Valentines day that she will no longer be my doctor for the reason stated that I have another internal doctor which I did not. I did show proof to her office and my other doctor who she is friends with. The sad part of all this I have serious medical conditions and she also left me with a prescription that lead me into the ER. This doctor so needs to go back to medical school and also needs prayers before continuing her medical career for the sake of others.

This doctor is one of the best doctor's I have had the pleasure of receiving care from. She always listened and made me feel like a person that she wanted nothing more than to help. She always made my concerns priorities. She always took the time to make sure I understood everything going on. She never gave up on me, never pushed anything I had to say aside, was persistent, dedicated, easy to talk to. She was over and beyond her duties. I was very sad to see her change location.
