Dr. Rian David C Mintek, MD

Had bronchitis like symptoms. Told me to eat chicken noodle soup. Did not do chest xray or even listen to my lungs. Came back with worsening symptoms few weeks later after using 4 bottles of cough syrup. Would not treat. Told me virus. Ended up in ER with acute bronchits on antibiotics, inhalers & steroids.

This guy needs to go back to medical school or retire. He had the gall to tell my husband last night at the med center that his infected tooth was HIS fault and that the med center was not a band-aid for a problem he had "obviously" caused himself. What Dr. Mintek apparently does not know seeing as how he is NOT a professional, is that things like diabetes, inability to pay for proper dental care and chemotherapy as a child will wreck and ravage your teeth. This guy has zero compassion and made my husband feel horrible just because he'd used a shot of Whiskey to numb his tooth pain. He was trying to figure out if he had an abscess or not so he didn't DIE. Should that happen, I hope the Dr. is prepared for a whopper of a wrongful death suit. The med center CAN drain an abscess and administer strong antibiotics and potentially save lives. Thanks for being a jerk, doc, I'll be sure to return the favor TEN FOLD.

This Doctor cares about you and it reflects in his bedside manner and quality of care.He will spend whatever time is needed to answer questions and to make sure you understand. I used to smoke and through his urging I quit 6 years ago and i am very happy he cared enough to urge me to quit. Thanks DR. Mintek for being there with your excellent staff.TD
