Avoid this place at all costs. I have never been treated as badly as I was in this infernal clinic. Dr. Adolfo Kaplan was very hostile with me in the shamefully short time that he permitted me with him (about 1 – 2 min). He treated me as a nuisance, a liar, and he was very disinterested in treating me which was evident in his tone, speech, attitude, and demeanor. He also left hurriedly without saying anything. If any oath to help people was made by this man it would be called the Hypocrite Oath because that’s what he is when he uses the title, Doctor. This was after having to endure 1-2 hours of repeating the same verbal and written information 4 different times to 4 different assistants. It seems none of them communicated this information to Dr. Kaplan, as I had to repeat everything to him a 5th time. Dr. Adolfo Kaplan is a man who treats his patients like garbage because he believes that they are inferior irritants and that he is superior to them; this is the culture and treatment of… the doctors at The Pulmonary and Sleep Center of the Valley. I will not visit and endure this again. Unfortunately, I am left to try and mend my serious problems without professional help.

I received a bill on Dec. 29, 2017 for $210.00 . I did not receive any services. I am on quite a few drugs that hamper my memory. So, I forgot. Happy New Year to me! Shameful
