Dr. Ricardo Luis Cuellar, MD

I love taking my children to Dr. Cuellar. He really cares about his patients. He takes his time with each visit. I never feel rushed. He follows up with me when my kids are sick to make sure that they are doing better. The office is in a very convenient location and is new, clean and nice. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

I think Dr. Cuellar is really an awesome doc. but his staff is something else. They take too long. Its hard to make an appt. Will leave on the phone for minutes before you can actually set an appt. Never get calls returned. Thank god I haven't had an emergency flare up because I wouldn't know how to get a hold of Dr. Cuellar. Maybe he needs to be aware of his atmosphere around him that can cause patients to look somewhere else for better response.

Dr Cuellar is a great doctor but the doctors nurses are horrible I've left numerous messages when my child was getting sick and I never received a call back so I took him to the nearest hospital and he tested positive for the flu. So my child is getting see by a wonderful doctor and they return phone calls and are on a 24 hr emergency call for my son.
