dr.padillio was rude and unprofessinal,did'nt explain my treatment.Lied to me and told me he don't prescribe pain medications,wich os a lie,cause my stepfather goes to him.I won't be going back to that place,they just want a check off of you.Sad.com

Dr. Ricardo Martinez is a great Dr. needless to say his front desk personnel somewhat not so professional. However, he has been my Dr. for years, he is so attentive and I appreciate him do a simple surgical procedure without having to charge me extra for it. I have recommended my friends and family for years to his location in Dallas.

My wife and I have endured 5 years of a horribly overbooked waiting room, 3 plus hours of waiting but we loved Dr. Kabiru, his PA... now that he is gone, so are we... we found another Dr. in Carrollton ??

For demanding a 3-hour wait in the lobby, Dr. Martinez yelled at me to find another doctor, expelled me from his office and threatened to call the police; He did not take care of me, I am with depression and strong pains but he did not ask me anything, he also needed fillings. Now I am more sad and without medication, he is such a bad person that when I left he told me he was going to call the police, this man is not a good human doctor.

Every time I go there it takes the dr 2-3 hours to see me with an appointment

I went to this hospital for my physical. So I fasted as I should before any kind of test is done. I arrived at the alloted time at noon. These guys attended to everyone else, I notice I was the only none Hispanic in the waiting room I ended up waiting 3 additional hours. Eventually they got to me did numerous blood work that was not required and literally forced me to pay for what was supposed to be a free annual physical. STAY AWAY from this place I am an immigrant and have not experienced anything like this in my life. BE WARNED!!!!!

The wait is never less than 3 hrs! If you make an appt they say you didnt. The girls in front are unorganized and rude. Dr. K IS ONLY REDEEMING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE
