Dr. Ricardo Rao, MD

I would absolutely give a zero if I could. Worst doctor I have ever met in my life. He has an unprofessional approach and tells explicit/sex jokes in front of his employees (nurses). Clearly I cannot see how he is still employed. Here I go for help, and uh, this guy is the farthest thing from that.

Dr. Rao performed 2 differant surgeries on my handicapped son. What a wonderful Top Notch job he did. He talked to my son like he should be talked to. The greatest thing was Dr. Rao talking to him as an individual and not as a handicapped adult. He explained everything and built an excellant relationship with my son. Re-assured him that all would go well with the surgeries and that he had nothing to worry about. One of the 1st Dr's we have had in years that talked to him and not me. Made my son feel very secure with the surgeries and took away all the anxieties he was experiencing. This Dr. is a Excellant Dr. besides knowing how to treat individuals with disabilities. On a scale of 1-10 I rate him a 20.

I loved Dr. Rao. He performed surgery to remove 2 melanoma spots and he was the most up beat and positive Doctor. I loved his presence, he was timely in the Dr. Office. The day of surgery he was late due to another complication with someone else's surgery prior to mine. NO fault of his own. Great bedside manner right before and after my surgery!
