I Sched an app @ 1pm and I got there @ 1pm, when Lissette in the front desk gave me the paper work to be filled out, she gave me a consent that said that I patient agreed that the doctor had explained that to me the procedure, (nobody explained nothing to me) I told her that I was not going to sign that because I needed someone to explain to me, (front desk Lissette) she sasid that she was only paid to give me paper work and she dont know nothing about the procedure, I ask for someone else that could explained that tome me she said that she was going to call the tech (she roll her eyes) after 10 min she said that if I dont sign the paper work they would not see me, so I ask for the manager, she said that he was not there, I ask for the doctor, after 5 minutes he came and told me to sign, I said that he had to explain that to me before I sign, he very nicely explained that to me and told Lissette (front desk ) to put me in the room right away, 3pm Im still waiting, when I asked her… about the waiting time she said that I needed to have a little patient, I told her that I was patient but I was waiting for 2 hour already, (lissette) she said that she dont get paid to hear my complain that her manager tells her to book all the app @1pm even if they have to been seeing at 5pm, I told her that they don't respect people and that this is not right that I took the medicine before and that her answer was not helping me, she said that she dont get paid for that and there is nothing she can do.so I left the office and I will never EVER recommend or go there ever!!!!!!
