Waiting time less than 5 minutes on two differnet occasions The first was justbeing fitted inThe staff is the most pleasant I have ever come across in PR or the US I include South America alsoAll patients, including myself, who was new, are greeted by name as soon as you come thru the door by the receptionist who really is outstanding in her manners and demeanor.Patients are offered Hot Chocolate or freshly brewed coffee while they wait for their scheduled appointment time WHICH is on time A FIRST in PR.All the rest of the staff is equaly professional, friendly, courteous; they really know how to take the apprehension away from a patient. Lets face it no ones likes going to a Doctor!!!! The nurse is equally friendly and makes you feel at ease.All have a sense of humor, very important in this day and age.Then you get to see Dr Sanchez, professional , friendly, competent beyond expectations with a "bed side manner" seldom observed any where .His knowledge in his field is… noteworthy His patience answering questions from the patient no matter how trivial is equaly impresive.I would feel extremely at ease having Dr Sanchez operate on me no matter what the condition is. He is the type of person that is not only a good doctor but you would like to have him as a friend
