FIVE Stars ?? ! Dr. Schack is the best! His staff is extremely helpful and kind! I just read some negative reviews. Each one would do well to examine THEIR attitude if they are to say negative remarks. One referred to having to step back when someone was paying. Well use common sense...that is proper. I have had hard questions for the doctor about my care, and he really does listen and problem is resolved! I have been to him for years. It’s 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to get there. But I just look at that as scenic travel. He and his staff care! And they always have for me. I finally got a correct diagnosis after yearrssss of hunting. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone (Shiela) was so rude. She had an attitude the whole time and seemed to be bothered by the phone call. Worst customer service ever!!

Dr. Schack is absolutely amazing. I have been through a lot of mental and physical trauma throughout my life. I have seen many doctors in his field. Most have been judgemental, act as if they don't care and do not listen. Dr. Schack restored my faith with many doctors whom aren't even in his field. I wish he could be my PCP and my OBGYN. I have never felt so comfortable with any doctor. Thanks to him I am finally getting the help I need without being made to feel horrible about myself. I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

BE WARNED!!!! This "dr" does not offer any other treatment other than talking for 30min them giving you pills. There are so many different treatments fro depression/anxiety and this dude just gives pills.

Trying to get a copy of my medical records now for almost 2 months and the staff has excuses why they have not sent them to me. They are very slow to get prompt necessity of a person's medical records.

I don't like the drive from Corsicana just so I'm able to get help and the time I have to wait to see him is ridiculous I'm told to be at the office by 9:00-9:45 I wait forever by the time I get out it's three hours later it really SUCKS but Dr. Schack has helped me so much I don't know what I would do with out him

Have to wait more than 2-3 hours for each visit. Very disappointed. Doesn't seem to take emergency situations very well. Seems his time is more important than his patients.

It is a 2 hour drive to reach this doctor, but well worth twice the drive! Highly recommended!
