We have been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes in this dirty and smelly office.

The wait is horrible not to mention its 45 away from home , wasting my gas doesnt make me happy . the staff was OK bcause I MADE CONVERSATION the dr. ehhhhhhh hes not all into the patient . i hate witting bad reviews but this office expirience really sucked. literally 2 min,.in the room than he storms off . hes not a people person srry.

I arrived at 10:22 am for my appointment that was at 10:45 am. At 12:33 I asked if I could have an estimate of how much longer it would be and what's the reason for the extreme wait time. The response I received was "It will be another 45-75 minutes, and we are just backed up". I explained to the lady that it's always this slow and she said "You could just come back another day". What kind of professionalism is that. This office SUCKS!!!

I heard about this Dr's office through a friend.I called to schedule an appointment and they gave me one right away unlike other offices I called that wanted to schedule me a week later!1 Dr.Urrutia and his staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely return to his office.

This was the worst experience in my life, the Dr, U schedules way too many patients. I had to wait more than an hour for a scheduled visit then the Dr spend less than 5 minutes with us and walked out of the room, the nurse handed us the prescription and we walked out. I really thought I had accidently ended up at the free clinic, that's how we were treated by the staff and forget about trying to get a call back from the Dr or the nurse.
