I had my wisdom teeth operation performed at this office in Glastonbury. The surgical aspect was fine, the issue I had was with the secretary who informed me I owed a certain amount which I paid the day of surgery. She said it may be up to $30 or so more due once the exact bill is in. Months go by and I receive a bill for over $400 more. This is completely unacceptable and they sent collection noticed to my house as well. The secretary obviously had the incorrect information through the insurance and this was never communicated to me and I was told with confidence I owed approximately $430 not almost $900. Very poor communication and I will not be paying more than what I was told was going to be due.

I was really frightened about having my tooth pulled but Dr. Ambrogio and his assistant Glenda quickly put me at ease. They were consummately professional but kept things light and cheerful while expertly completing the work. I will not go anywhere else should a future need arise. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Great experience by a true professional

As a retired primary care internist who was compulsive about putting patients first and providing systems to ensure that, I admired Dr. Ambrogio's manner and technique. He gave me dental implants years ago that have served me well, and recently performed a diagnostic lip biopsy flawlessly. Dr. Ambrogio typifies the dedicated caring physician/dentist everyone wants.

I have seen Dr. Ambrogio several times for tooth extractions and dental implants. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. (I wish he could be my regular dentist.) He is very skilled, talented and professional in addition to being a really nice guy. Whenever I underwent a dental procedure he would always call me that night to see how I was doing. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
