Dr. Richa Mittal, MD

Dr. Mittal is the physician and founder of Radiant Health Weight Loss and Wellness and offers a science-based and personalized program for medical weight loss and prevention. 

The unique membership practice model includes programs for medical management and lifestyle coaching for prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic conditions for men and women like obesity, diabetes, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, fatty liver disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility and perimenopause & menopause related weight gain.

Dr. Mittal is Vice President of the Dallas Obesity Society, member of the Texas Medical Association, Obesity Medicine Association and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.  She resides in Frisco with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys pilates, nature, cooking, reading and travel.

Upon request, a superbill with diagnosis codes from patient visits can be provided for patients to submit to insurance as an “out of network Internal Medicine provider.” Patients may contact their plan to verify reimbursement benefits.
