Dr. Richard George Abood, MD

Dr Abood wanted payment in cash or credit card and then accepted additional payment from my insurance company after the bill was paid in full on the date of service. Multiple phone calls to his office promised that his billing office would look into the issue and send a reimbursement check. No check was ever sent. Avoid this office and Collier Urgent Care and seek out other health care practitioners who are ethical.

Too expensive though

Unprofessional. Covers up mistake that office made. Overcharges unrealistic and does not budge. BEWARE ! (I do not agree to the terms of use and am using my first amendment rights)

My overall experience with Dr. Abood and his office staff was unacceptable. Dr. Abood is not friendly or caring. His office staff are not-trained, unprofessional and inadequate. Their billing process is a fraud....watch out for double billings to your insurance company and your home.

Less waiting time than an appointment with my own doctor. Staff, nurses and doctors very nice and knowledgable.
