We waited over 2 hours with a sick child. They did not provide us with the kit for the stool sample. We had to return to pick it up. Countless phone calls only to learn they lost our sample and tests results twice. We are being told to collect it for a third time. Overall, terrible and exhausting experience with their office. One month later and I have no results and no additional information regarding my daughters health.

I Brought my 3 yr old daughter for potty troubles. We Met with Dr Arboleda and he was nice and courteous. However the follow up appointment was a complete disaster. Two days before the appointment scheduled for 4 o'clock his office called me to reschedule for lunch time saying he needed to leave early. We arrived on time and were told after waiting for 30 minutes that the doctor had chosen to go to a meeting while we were sitting in the waiting room. Receptionist asked if I could see another doctor and I said that would be fine but we were in a hurry and I had taken the day off of work for this appointment so I needed to have my daughter seen so I could take her back to school and run a number of errands. I was told that's no problem . They kept us waiting an additional two hours while seeing every patient that came in after us. The staff was rude and not helpful and didn't give me any straight answers about why this happened or when I would see the doctor. My three-year-old… had eaten all the snacks I brought for her and was hungry and exhausted because at this point it was way past her lunchtime and her nap time. The staff had no compassion, sympathy, or offered any solutions to make it right. After ruining my entire day and my daughters day we decided to leave and they did not so much as apologize. This office is as callous and careless with scheduling as can be. I will not be returning.
