Save yourself the headache and pay the extra $10,000 and go to a real plastic surgeon for your nose. My nose is lopsided it is not Straight and I can no longer breathe through my left nostril. Dr. Arden says there is nothing he could do to fix it now I have to go to a plastic surgeon that will harvest cartilage from my ribs and possibly from my ear to fix my nose. The fee to fix my nose now it’s $31,000. Dr. Arden should be drug tested before every surgery that he performs. I hope you see this before this doctor ruins your face as he did mine!!!

The secretary in Dr. Arden's office is so rude with people, she treats people as slaves on the phone. I couldn't make an appointment with the doctor because of her. First, she put me on hold more than half an hour. when I asked her if the first visit is free (Free consultation) she didn't answer politely, she showed me like I'm begging her for money, she would say "oh I'm sorry but the consultation is not free, sorry about that" something nice. while most of clinics do the free consultation, anyways that was not my point (free or not free) my point is that the secretary has to be nice with people not just in the clinic, but on the phone as well. It is a clinic not a jail. when I called her again to take an appointment, she put me on hold more than an hour, she right away said "you have to pay 75$ what's the name? Relax woman. I was telling her the name, but she transferred me to another lady right away without saying anything like "wait a moment please" and the other lady hanged up… on my face, so rude, unprofessional.

It is an honor to write a review about Dr.Arden, all I can say is he’s an amazing doctor, his process is excellent he was on time for my surgery and made me feel very comfortable before he starts the operation. my nose looks nice it is still swollen since I’m only one month in it has been only a month and I got so many compliments about my nose. The whole process from start to finish of my rhinoplasty was a breeze! I went in for a consultation and Dr. Arden named so many additional things wrong with my nose that I had no idea about - which I was thankful for since he was able to fix it all! The hospital was on top of their game with scheduling and going over instructions. I felt very comfortable the day of my surgery and everything went well. It’s been one month since I did my rhinoplasty and I could say it’s one of the best decisions of my life all thanks to Dr. Arden. My nose looks very natural and straight and he truly performed beyond my expectations. So this is me telling you yes.... get that rhinoplasty! Stop waiting and go to Dr. Arden!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Arden for ~1 year and have had a major procedure and appointments with him. Continually I cannot be more pleased with his level of care, depth of knowledge and experience, and open and honest communication style. Great Doctor and I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Arden is the best! I had seen 4 doctors for my deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and broken nose. I didn't feel comfortable getting surgery with the other doctors, and most of the doctors I saw could only do the interior, or only the exterior. Dr. Arden was able to improve my breathing drastically and make the outside of my nose look even better than it did before I broke it! I was very nervous to get surgery, get the packing removed, and get the stitches removed. But under Dr. Arden's care this was all painless and I barely bruised at all. Dr. Arden is kind and extremely talented with his work! Seriously an artist with nose work. Couldn't be more thankful!

Very pleased with Dr. Arden's work. He corrected the sinus issues I was having since the first doctor I went to made my situation worse. Extremely kind and patient. Great bedside manners. Sensitive to your concerns and any problems you may have during hospitalization. He was very careful where he placed my incision and thankfully it is invisible today. Absolutely the best Dr. I have ever been to see. He cares about his patients and listens to what they're looking for. I have recommended him to many family and friends. My daughter has a deviated septum and he is the only doctor I trust to correct it.

I had a third rhinoplasty done by Dr Arden a month ago. The past two surgeries were with a plastic surgeon & I was not happy with my results. I have had such a wonderful experience & great result with Dr. Arden. Four people I know had surgery by him & referred me to him that had great results & im so glad they did. Every time I've had an appt at the office, I have not waited more than 10 minutes. He spends so much time with you, explains everything & answers all your questions. What topped it off for me, is not only the great result but Dr Arden personally called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing. He truly cares about his patients. He is an excellent ENT. I cannot say enough about him. So glad I went to him & I will be referring my friends & family to him.

Dr. Arden is absolutely amazing! He performed a revision rhinoplasty on me, and I couldn't be more blessed for how everything turned out. I had several issues internally and externally, and I am thankful he was able to work with what was already done and still do such a fabulous job! I wish I would have found him the first time around.
