Friendly, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable. Gave me clear options for treatment of my knee pain without pushing. Very happy with him and will return as needed.

Dr. Bassett is personable and explains things in a non-medical way so you can understand. Talks about options and is not quick to push surgery. In my wife's case he was suggesting injection and PT to address the shoulder issue.

I have to say Dr. Bassett is amazing. He took his time educating me regarding PRP vs knee replacement. I asked many many questions and he never once seemed inpatient. I never felt like he was in a rush to be elsewhere. His staff is so kind and supportive. Highly recommended!!!

The doctor did not show any concern or interest in my pain or discomfort. He basically said to loose weight and not to come back until then. He did offer a treatment not covered by insurance at $4000.00 out of pocket.

I've been having back pain for a while. Although x-rays show arthritis in my hips, the pain was higher up in my sacroiliac. PT and exercises are helping.
