I have complete trust & confidence in Dr. Biggerstaff surgical skills. He exceeded my expectations of my facial procedure with basically no side effects and rapid healing. He took time to answer all my questions & did not try to upsell me on a bigger procedure. I am thrilled w/my results and would highly recommended him .

Dr. Biggerstaff is a wonderful physician. He is very kind and thoughtful. The surgery he performed on my wife was great. The only reason he doesn't get a 5 star is because his office staff. She had complications the day after surgery and it took me over 2 hours to get through to his nurse in the office.

Had para thyroid gland surgery. Came home pain free , scar is almost invisible. Doctor was great! My only complain would be the nurse not calling back promptly.. for days. Office staff was very nice. I do think he is a excellent doctor and I would recommend him highly.

Removed a polyp that was bothering me for months after being misdiagnosed from other doctors

Performed emergency surgery on my face as a child - scar is invisible now. He also remove my thyroid - and again my scar is invisible now and auper small incision - and I get compliments from other doctors on it. Dr Biggerstaff is highly skilled and very professional

Dr. Biggerstaff has performed sinus surgery on me 3 times in several years for a reoccurring polyps. HIs explanation of ability to pinpoint the issues are impressive. HIs staff is lacking in that they consistently schedule too many appointments cause me to wait for up to an hour to see the doc. I say consistently because it happened 3 time in a short span.

The office is busy, I waited awhile for an appointment and in the waiting area, but this is because this doctor is good. He is hard to get an appointment with because many people want him for their surgery. I do not regret the wait. Highly skilled, knowledgeable surgeon who really cares about his patient. The day of surgery he took the time to talk with me and my family and made me feel at ease. From what I understand he does the tough cases others won't touch. Glad he was my surgeon.
