If hes doing any work it’s illegal. Worst work done on me ever, it has cost me a lot of $$ to fix the mess he made and still working on it years later.

Seek an alternative. Blase has a lot of issues.

He is only out for your money. Nothing but a professional liar.

Watch out for him. This dentist will attempt to con you into getting crowns that you don't need.

Dr. Blase has been our family dentist for over 25 years. He always makes you feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor that immediately puts you at ease. My husband and I have also been bringing our 2 boys there for over 20 years. My boys love him! They love interacting with him before their exams and cleanings and he always gets them laughing. When they were little, he had an antique desk that he kept small toys in. After their exams they could each pick out a toy! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to go to a dentist and come out with clean teeth and a smile that goes from ear to ear! He actually makes visiting the dentist fun!! My kids just love Dr. Blase and we are very grateful for him.

He is a liar and a con artist. Not someone I would ever let work on my teeth again.

Dr. Blase has helped me a lot over the years w/ my teeth. I have needed several "caps" installed and he has done all of them. Getting a cap involves multiple office vists. Your tooth is ground down to a stub (not pleasant). Then a mold is taken and sent out for a permanent cap to be made. This is then fitted and if not just right sent out again. Needless to say this can be a painful and frustrating procedure but the doctor has always been available to help me.. As stated I've had several caps placed by Dr. Blase. Each time he has been very professional, thorough and careful. He has always insisted yhe cap be perfect and has sent back some that, I thought were "okay", but he wanted better. He is a stickler for perfection. I am not a rich man eiither and Dr. Blase has allowed me to "pay as I go" where most dentists want the money "up front" His kindness has cost him money owed on occasion by others but he still has a good heart about helping others. If you're looking for an excellent… dentist you cant't do better.
