At my first appointment, Dr Blosser listened to me for about a minute before interrupting me to recommend a prescription. I told Dr Blosser I couldn't take it because milk products make me violently sick. He said there was so little I probably wouldn't notice it. He recommended another medication. I told him it also had milk. He said he couldn't do anything for me and left. I talked his PA into getting him to prescribe me something I've tried before, but a week later they still haven't called my insurance to authorize it despite repeated messages and calls. Dr Blosser replied to one message with one word and no action. He didn't reply to any others, but he did reschedule my follow-up appointment to a different date with a different doctor--without asking or notifying me.

The staff was helpful and accommodating with my restricted schedule. I was given clear instructions for my procedure with a chance to have any questions answered. The day of the procedure they were actually running ahead of schedule. Check in was easy and efficient. The nurse was so friendly, the anesthesiologist was wonderful and Dr. Blosser was great. I appreciated that everyone I spoke with made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable about the procedure. Dr. Blosser followed up with me very soon afterwards. I appreciated his kindness and respect of my time. I would definitely recommend.
