I go to and have taken family to urgent care in PSJ for years when we can't be seen by our regular Dr. I always hope that we get Dr. Bost. He is very efficient and to the point. His prescription has always worked for us.

Well we’ll took my poor 85 year old Mom because she fell , she was fine but her primary care doctor said to take her if she falls at all. Well her Dr wasn’t available so we went to PSJ care and had the pleasure of having Dr Bost. Let me just tell you No !!!!!!? Run Run. My Mom got mad at me for taking her

So mad ?? right now. Went to the PSJ medfast urgent care cuz my doctor can’t see me for like 2 weeks. Well, the doctor came in and barely spoke 10 words to me and checked my ears then straight up walked out the room and came back with 2 prescription. Proceeded not to explain any of the prescription. You can imagine how I felt. I went to my main physician who happens to have his office in the same place upstairs and I explained to them what happened to me. Apparently he prescribed me a antibiotic for when u have a horrible infection and fever. Which I have neither. I called the manager and she was stunned ??... well I got a refund but still have no clue what’s wrong with me. Have to go to another doctor on Friday who the manager referred me to and wasted a day of work! Apparently he has done this before. Dr. Richard Bost. BEWARE! He is horrible!!! Someone online left a similar review.

I went to the Urgent Care after being sick for a few days. The doctor finally came in, spoke exactly 12 words, and 5 were introducing himself. He walked out and a few minutes later came back with 2 prescriptions, I asked him if he would tell me what he thinks I have, and his reply, sinuses and bronchitis. THAT WAS ALL!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this doctor!

Always difficult finding good physician, spent time and explained problems well. Diagnosis spot on.
