Dr. Richard K Bowles, MD

Actually listened to me. I,m elderly and doctors have tended to disregard what I have to say about my medical problems. Dr. Bowles listened and took my word for what was going on and fixed it.

This is the only Dr I've ever seen that thinks it's normal to wear cowboy boots to work, not very attire appropriate for professionalism. It's TRUE, he does treat you like a mental patient and thinks majority of your physical ailment is psychologically related. He seems to have no patience for children and rudely left in the middle of a Dr visit without a word because I had a toddler crying, and then wrote it down in my medical records as if it were Not normal for a toddler to cry. We have to keep in mind, these doctors are just ordinary everyday people.

Worst dr in PacMed & acted annoy w/ non eng speaking patients!

I went to 3 doctors and 2 specialists and they were not able to diagnose why I suffered from Chronic Fatigue. I was almost resigned to the fact I would just have to live with it but on the very first visit to Dr. Bowles, he accurately explained my problem and a simple cure for it within the first few minutes.My quality of life is back to normal, and I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Bowles. I give him 10 out of 10 stars!

I've had a few doctors in my day. I went to Dr Bowles on the recommendation of a nurse that I met. I really wanted someone who took their time and have some depth. Dr. Bowles was great from day one! I was traveling for work and he made sure I was up on my shots and had the appropriate medications that can be necessary in a 3rd world country, etc.He seems to me to be a genuine, thoughtful and caring doctor. I've moved away and don't see him anymore. However if I move back he'll be my regular doc!

I went to this doctor for the same problem for 6 months with no help. He did not care to find the real problem, and treated me like a mental patient. If he cannot quickly give you a pill and get you out of the office then he starts getting upset because you are coming back. I am so thankful I found a Dr. who cares and sent me to the right specialist who has helped (ironically a D.O. who knows about this practice). No longer do I have to live in pain nor have a Dr. who does not care!
