I have been seeing Dr. Brackett for several years for a serious disease. His rapid, accurate diagnosis and treatment played a huge role in saving my life. I have recommended him many times and will continue to do so.

Dr. Brackett is a great doctor and the nurses are great. However, the receptionists are rude and they tend to care more about talking than taking care of the patients

I really enjoy seeing Dr BRACKETT. It bothers me that I can't see him now because he isn't on our insurance. But I would definitely recommend him.

I can't say enough about Dr. Brackett & his PA Robert. They have helped my RA so much. I had to change Drs. A few yrs ago due to insurance change & was hesitant but so thrilled that I found them.

I found Dr. Brackett's staff to be rude and unprofessional. While Dr. Brackett's bedside manner seems sympathetic, he tried to prescribe a medication to which I am allergic - even with my records in front of him. Most recently, he removed me from a strong medication with no step down procedure. I had such severe side effects that I was forced to visit another doctor for help. I have since found that the FDA strongly advises a careful step down procedure for this medication. I will not ever return to Dr. Brackett and cannot recommend him to anyone.

I moved to the Chattanooga area several years ago from the Northeast. Dr. Brackett is on par with the best rhuematologist that I saw during the 9 years I lived there following my initial diagnosis. He has helped me to understand my condition more fully and allows me to participate in my own health care by listening to my concerns and fears. I would recommend Dr. Brackett to anyone in my family or friends.
