Dr. Richard Jeffrey Brauer, MD

I requested additional help with my insurance and told me he would need to charge me $50.00 for this service. I agreed to that and called to make the payment arrangement the next day with his secretary. Several days later I received a certified letter from the doctor "ending our patient/doctor relationship" due to conflicts. I have been a patient for 20 years and don't understand how this could have happened.

Great office and doctor. The best around in the area for all Ear,Nose, & Throat problems. Especially good for sinus problems and sinus surgery.

I had surgery with Dr. Brauer with rather poor results. I was told that the surgery would likely help my issues, but it did nothing of the sort. My symptoms did not resolve at all. I found Dr. Brauer to be cold and uncaring. He did not seem to truly care about my problems. I have subsequently sought medical treatment elsewhere with better results.

Dr. Brauer is a wonderful doctor, extremely caring and excellent surgeon. I can't recommend him enough for someone with an ENT problem. His office staff is friendly and helpful. When you can, you get to speak to someone immediately and do not have to navigate a voicemail maze nor listen to a recording.

Dr Brauer fit me on a day when he obviously had a very busy schedule. I watched him greet other patients. He is thorough, warm and caring. I highly recommend Dr Brauer.
