Dr. Richard Brooks at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Al should not be listed as an expert in any shape, form or fashion. Furthermore, the only certification he should hold is one in rudeness. My mother had a 10 day stay at HH recently and while I and my family feel she received excellant care during this time by many doctors and hospital staff, the care we received in the ER by Dr. Brooks a couple of days after her 10 day hospital stay was nothing short of unprofessional. He is the most rude, unprofessional, non-compassionate doctor I have ever encountered in my 51+ years. Clearly after waiting to see him for several hours, he felt caring for mother was a waste of his time. She, nor my family, needed his unprofessionalism after all we had already been through the previous week. You can bet if he is on call, any of our very large family will promptly request another doctor should future emergancy care be required by any of us. If his certification at HH expires this year,… I highly recommend he not be recertified.

God awful!!!!! Thinks he knows it all and does not pay attention to patient. BIG EGO!!!!!!!!!!
