Office stuffs are rude. This is a doctors office stuff need to be more passionate to work there. Instead being rude although they have my insrence record still want it I told her nothing has been changed still "I have to have it". Just walked out from my appt never going back. Last time I saw Dr Brown was not pleasant as well. He was more into scheduling steroid shot never even looked at my MRI report.

I felt belittled. My level of pain was dismissed with his remark "I don't see anything really that bad on the X-ray." Also made remark in my medical record that was false therefore causing me to be unable to get quality care that I need. Once again I'm hesitant to go see a doctor as needed. And the office staff are very rude & judgemental also. They act more like body guards of Dr. Brown. All in all just a ridiculously strange atmosphere for a medical profession.

I came to say doctor Brown for severe right side low back pain I fell out of a tree stand he said that it was my sacral iliac and wanted to schedule injections I was in so much pain I agreed, It took one month to get it scheduled I had to do it myself,after 2 weeks after injections were done, I went in for a follow up, NO better he then wanted to schedule a rhizotomy, ok fine I wanted relief, following week had the rhizotomy to the si area...go back 2 weeks for a follow up and he has a Thick chart and asks , hows the pain, I said no better I still hurt bad, he said well the first thing we need to do is get you off lortab, he said I have had you on them for OVER a year, I said oh no you haven't, I had only seen him 3 times over 3 months (3 precriptions) he argued with me and was hateful to me , like I was doing something wrong...I am in healthcare myself, and after I left his office crying , I was thinking that was a THICK chart, mine should not have been thick being that I seen him… 4 times, so I called the surgery center and asked if they could tell me what area he did the injections and Rhizotomy , she said L4 ,L5 , I said what about the SI, she said no maam, she was reading my chart and said wait ..he put to do the si area but didnt and did the wrong area... I SAID THAT IS WHY I STILL HURT...she said YES GO GET YOUR RECORDS from his office...NOW, I did just that and waited for them and sure enough, he had the WRONG patients chart ...wrong injections, Someone else that was on lortab.... he NEVER called me , apologized or nothing!!! I since found the best dr and he fixed me up right without taking pain pills....

I have just learned that Dr. Brown refused to see me after getting my records from my previous doctor. Sharon, his manager, stated that after reviewing he has decided he would not be a good fit for me. I don"t want medication, I only want the treatment I was referred to him by my orthopedic surgeon. He would not even talk to me.

Excellent service, knowledge and professionalism. Would recommend to any friend for pain diagnosis and management.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown's for over 15 years and thanks to his pain management/exercise program, I have only had two procedures during this time. Former athlete with stenosis, pars defects, spondy, ddd, and thanks to Dr. Brown, my lower back pain is minimal to none on a daily basis.

I have been a patient of Dr Brown for over 7 years after I had a terrible car accident that has left me in pain. He is always attentive to my issues, he will perform injections or other treatment as required. This has allowed me to continue with life when I certainly could not without his help. His office staff and Dr Brown himself are top notch. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I see other reviews that are negative, and these may be under certain circumstances, but I have personally never had a single issue with anyone in his office. Go to see him if you need help.

I have never had any issues with the doctors or staff they are wonderful and go above and beyond for me and my family. I highly recommend them, doctor runs on schedule and never make you wait.

Very professional and informative staff. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I highly recommend Dr. Brown.

Dr. Brown is a good Dr, but his office staff is terrible. They are rude, short, and entitled!
