Dr. Richard Evans Bruner, DO

Dr. Bruner was not only my doctor but also delivered 2 of my children and was their doctor as well as my mom's. We were patients of his when he was practicing in Michigan in 2000. My mother was not in the best health and would often end up in the ER. Many times when she was admitted even if he was not the doctor on call he would come in to see that she was getting the best care possible. Also the many times, until we got my depression under control, that i have sat and cried in his office and he took the time to listen. There was no rushing me so he could move on to the next patient. He has been highly missed since he has left. Have not found a doctor like him since.

Dr. Bruner is very good at explaining the processes happening in one's body that are causing problems, so I'm sure he does a lot of studying to keep himself well-informed. He's very helpful and concerned with the whole patient. We miss him in the U.P. area. Mary L. Grabski, BSN, RN

Dr. Bruner turned my father's hospital visit into a nightmare for our family. Horrible bedside manner wouldn't even begin to describe how we were treated by him. I refuse for myself or any of my loved ones to ever be treated by him again. . He is a hospitalist. I can see why he's not in his own practice, his patients would not return the second time.
