wait time is very long and staff is very unprofessional and does not do what needs to be done before visit. sat for over an hour and staff withholding name did not get prior auth before visit. after getting to see Dr. found out that she did not have time to see if I need auth. and waited another hr. they did not ask for copay at the time . Ins denied treatment that took another 3 days to find out that ins denied.. Love Dr. Carradonna but needs to get more professional training to his staff or whoever is responsible for his staff. ( I just didn't have time to look at schedule to see you patient needed Auth) is unacceptable. someone could have called to let me know so I could reshedule apt. There is proper training with all the new changes in the ins industry available. If I did not have time at my job I would be without a job. Some personnel need to put their priorities in order.
